To mentor is to touch a life forever.

I believe the mentoring and coaching really helps engineers grow in the right direction. I also often reach out to my mentors who guide me in to the right direction and with this initiative, I want to give back to the community and grow my professional network. I love talking to the young engineers and as well as experienced professionals, who are new to the field or need a broader outlook on career in software engineering, particularly in DevOps, Cloud and Startups.

I use my experience to provide a personalized advise based on your suggestion. My approach is to provide you honest and truthful guidance to challenge you directly to be more effective. I can help with meaningful discussions in defining career roadmap, any technology specific discussion, about technical writing and blogging.

I usually spend a few hours per week and you can book a 30 minutes slot with me. It would be nice if you can share your profile, a little bit about yourself and what you are looking from me when booking the slot.
